About Norse Watches
Norse Watches is an Irish company. We make a family app and a 4G watch for an older loved one, so the family can see that they are okay, at home, out and about, and home again, without ringing all day.

Why we built it
Norse was started by Jon Mulhall, and it came out of his own experience.
It was the not knowing. Are they up this morning and moving about? They went out a while ago, are they home yet? Most of the time what families feel is not the fear of an emergency. It is a quiet worry that runs through an ordinary day, and the only answers are to ring again or to pretend not to worry.
Everything we could find waited for the worst to happen before it said a word. We wanted the opposite: something that tells you, calmly, that today is a normal day, and speaks up clearly when it is not.
Peace of mind, not spying
This matters to us, so we will say it plainly. Norse is not for watching someone. It is for a genuine peace of mind about where a loved one is and whether they are up and about, with the person wearing it knowing and agreeing.
That is why the app shows a place name and a calm green tick, not a trail of someone's every move. It is why one person in the family decides who can see location and who simply gets the alerts. And it is why we will always say: show your loved one the app. Let them see exactly what you see.
Worn in our own family, every day
We do not ask any family to trust something we would not use ourselves. A member of our own family wears the Norse Watch every day, and our own phones are the ones that get the alerts. Every change we make is tested on a real wrist before it reaches anyone else's.
Built in Ireland, for Irish families
Norse is built here, for how things work here. The watch uses a roaming SIM that picks the strongest network wherever your loved one is, which matters outside the cities. We know the Seniors Alert Scheme well, and we will always tell you to check it first, because for many people it is free and it is enough. When you contact us, you are talking to us, in Ireland.
