One simple app. They're okay, at a glance.
The Norse app does one job well: it lets the whole family relax, because you can see that your loved one is okay without phoning to check. Calm by default, and only loud when it truly matters.
Coverage depends on mobile signal and on the device. Norse Watches is a reassurance tool, not a medical device, and not a guarantee of safety.
Your loved one is back home.

Your loved one's watch is on, but we have not had a reading for a little while, so we cannot be sure it is on their wrist.

ONE GLANCE
Is your loved one okay right now?
The home screen answers the only question that matters in a second. A calm green "All is well" when everything is normal, an amber nudge when something is worth a look, and red only on a real event.
When we have not heard from the watch for a little while, we say so honestly rather than pretend, so you always know how sure we are.

WHEREABOUTS
At home, or out and about.
A calm sense of where your loved one is, with an honest "last updated" time so you know how fresh it is. Home, or out and about, at a glance.
This is watching over, not step-by-step tracking. It shows roughly where they are when you need it, and it protects their independence the rest of the time.
What has happened with your loved one, most recent first. Tap any moment for the detail.
A quieter day than usual for your loved one. A friendly call might be nice.
Based on how they have been moving about today. For information only.
THE DAY
What has happened, in plain order.
The day laid out simply, most recent first. Back home, a low battery, a quieter day than usual, each moment there to tap for more.
Any wellness insight is gentle and for information only. It is never a diagnosis, just a friendly prompt when a call might be nice.
We cannot be sure it is on their wrist.
A possible fall. We are calling your loved one and your family now.
THE SAFETY NET
Worn and working, and a clear fall alert.
Cover only works if the watch is actually on the wrist, so we tell you if we cannot be sure it is being worn, rather than letting cover quietly slip.
And if there is a possible fall, the alert reaches the whole family at once with one tap to call. It depends on the device and on mobile signal, so it is reassurance, not a guarantee, but it means no one has to be alone with the worry.
WORKS TWO WAYS
The same app, whichever watch you choose.
The Norse app runs the same way on our own dedicated Norse Watch, or on a loved one's own Apple, Samsung or Pixel watch. On that tier, fall detection is provided by their own watch, which we do not control, so the safety net there depends on the watch they already wear.
Peace of mind for the whole family.
We are launching in Ireland and the UK. Register your interest and we will be in touch as the app opens up.
