This is our starter policy for launch and we will keep it up to date as the product grows.
The Norse Watch is not on sale yet. The terms below apply once the watch is on sale. Right now you can register your interest to be among our first families in Ireland.
30-day money back
We want your family to feel sure about the Norse Watch. If it is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the device. Delivery and returns are free.
How to return it
Email us at hello@norsewatches.ie and we will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Please pack the watch and its charger safely so they arrive back to us in good condition.
Refunds
Once we receive the watch we will check it and refund the device cost to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Any monthly plan is billed up to the date you cancel and is not charged after that.
Faulty items
If the watch develops a fault, your statutory rights apply and the warranty still covers you. Contact us and we will put it right.
